TECHNOLOGY & JOINT VENTURE
Turning Bali's plastic waste into circular oil
ONE.BALI is building Indonesia's first industrial-scale plastic-to-bio-oil infrastructure — powered by Corsair Group's proven, ISCC-certified pyrolysis technology, with five+ years of commercial operation across Thailand, Finland, and Sri Lanka.
OUR PARTNERS
WHY NOW?
The plastic economy is being rewritten.
Over 60 countries have adopted Extended Producer Responsibility legislation. The UK now taxes packaging with under 30% recycled content at £218 per tonne. Similar mandates are rolling out across the EU, US, and Asia — triggering urgent demand for certified circular feedstock that can replace virgin fossil inputs.
Advanced pyrolysis oil is now treated as a strategic resource by the world's largest petrochemical companies. ONE.BALI enters this market with proven technology, secured offtake, and a de-risked first-mover position in Indonesia.

OUR PARTNER
Corsair Group.
The technology behind us.
Corsair Group International is one of the fastest-growing chemical recycling companies in the world — ISCC-certified, operating across four countries with six active facilities, and actively supplying Shell Chemicals Europe, Kera Energy, and Aster with certified circular feedstock.
THE PRODUCT
Advanced pyrolysis oil.
Petrochemical-grade,
not fuel-grade.

The distinction matters. Most pyrolysis producers target the fuel market — cheap, low-margin, combustion-bound. ONE.BALI X CORSAIR's output is engineered to a higher standard: chemically similar to crude oil but far cleaner, designed to enter the petrochemical value chain and become new plastic.
"The end product can be used as an end fuel — but it commands twice the price when used as raw material to manufacture true circular plastic."
That's why the world's largest petrochemical companies are buying: Shell Chemicals, Kera Energy, Aster, Exxon. They need certified circular feedstock to meet tightening EPR regulations and recycled-content mandates. We produce exactly that — and every litre is traced, verified, and independently certified.
THE PROCESS
HOW PYROLYSIS TURNS WASTE INTO FEEDSTOCK
Controlled thermal degradation at ~450°C in a fully closed, oxygen-free environment. Plastic doesn't burn — it depolymerises, breaking back down to the molecular building blocks of oil. The result is ultra-low-sulfur advanced pyrolysis oil that meets Shell-level circular-plastic specifications.
🗑️
01 / INPUT
Collection & sorting
Low-grade plastic from community collectors, landfills, village networks. Sorted, washed, pre-treated.
🔥
02 / HEAT
Oxygen-free reaction
Plastic enters sealed pyrolysis reactors at ~450°C. No oxygen, no combustion — only molecular breakdown.
💧
03 / CAPTURE
Condensation & refining
Vapours condense into liquid pyrolysis oil. Non-condensable syngas is captured and reused to heat the system.
🛢️
04 / OUTPUT
Advanced bio-oil
750–900 L per tonne. Ultra-low sulfur. Petrochemical-grade, not fuel-grade.
♻️
05 / CIRCULAR
Offtake & reuse
Oil shipped to Shell, Kera, Aster as certified feedstock for new circular plastics — closing the loop.
*Combined with Corsair's proprietary CPRS standard (Corsair Plastic Waste Removal Standard) and ONE.BALI's digital ONE.TRACE infrastructure, every kilogram of plastic entering our facility is verifiable, auditable, and chain-of-custody transparent — from village collection to port export.
HIGHEST STANDARDS
ISCC CERTIFICATION
Every batch of Corsair pyrolysis oil is produced under the International Sustainability and Carbon Certification (ISCC+) framework — the globally recognised standard verifying sustainability and traceability across complex supply chains.

ISCC
ISCC+ certified production
Full sustainability and carbon traceability. Accepted by Shell, Kera, Aster, and other global offtake partners.
CPRS
Corsair Plastic Removal Standard
Third-party audited framework ensuring every kilogram of plastic is measurably removed from the environment.
TRACE
ONE.TRACE digital verification
Real-time sensor-verified data from collection to conversion, recorded immutably on the M5BANK / TitleChain registry.
